How to Obtain a Canine Visions Canada Dog Guide from Lions Foundation of Canada

Qualifications
Canine Vision Canada Dog Guides are only provided to applicants who are legally blind, and who qualify for the program, based on an assessment by the Lions Foundation Acceptance Committee.

Applicants will be required to send medical reports and character references with the completed application, and are asked to participate in an in-home assessment which will provide our trainers with further insights into unique needs, as well as provide the applicant with more information about the program.
