Memberships & Fellowships
Memberships and Fellowships recognize the dedication and service of individual Lions. All Memberships and Fellowships can be purchased to recognize a Lion’s outstanding achievement.
Dog Guides Scholarship Program
Donating a scholarship for a Dog Guide team covers a portion (or all) of the approximately $35,000 that it costs to raise and train a puppy and ultimately place the Dog Guide with a Canadian living with a disability, at no cost to them.
The Difference Campaign
Lions Clubs have contributed substantial funding to every capital campaign in the foundation’s history. Our current school has reached maximum capacity for both dogs and people. Help us build for the future and make a difference by training more dogs and helping more people.

Make a Donation
A donation from you or your Club helps make a difference in the lives of Canadians with disabilities. Your gift allows us to unleash potential and provide a life-changing Dog Guide at no cost. You can also choose to donate in recognition of a celebration, such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary.
Memorial Gifts
Commemorate the life of a loved one, two or four-legged, at our Memorial Forest or Pet Memorial Wall in Breslau. A special ceremony is held in Breslau every June.

Rick & Nikana
Nikana has restored Rick’s independence, given him a sense of responsibility, and provided important mental support. Since partnering with Nikana, Rick has experienced many adventures and meaningful moments he would have otherwise missed.

Geoff & Greta
Hearing Dog Guide Gretta’s impact on Geoff’s life has been profound. She alerts him to important sounds he can no longer hear, especially when his hearing devices are off. Even in windy conditions, when most sounds are hard to detect, Gretta stays attentive. Whether they are at home, walking through the neighbourhood, or out in nature, Geoff feels safe and supported with Gretta by his side.
“Before I got Gretta, I often withdrew into myself and didn’t feel confident going out alone. I would usually stay home, even when invited to spend time with friends, because I felt out of place and had lost much of my outgoing nature. Gretta has given me renewed confidence and the freedom to do things I may never have done without her.”
The two continue to build on their training, working together on new sound alerts outdoors.
