Applicant and Client Appeals

Clients and applicants have a right to feel any decisions made regarding their application or working team have been made fairly and transparently. There will be instances where clients or applicants disagree with decisions relating to service withdrawal or a denial of their application, in which case they may submit an appeal to initiate a review of the decision and an explanation of contributing factors. Clients may appeal a decision related to service withdrawal or a denial of an application within 60 days of that decision being communicated to them.
