Introducing, PEACH!
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, intelligent companion who is always ready for the next adventure,
Peach may be your perfect match! This sweet girl has an eager-to-please personality and genuinely
enjoys learning new things. Training is one of her favourite activities, and she’s happy to work for her
kibble. Peach has already made wonderful progress with her manners and is looking for a family that will
continue building on the strong foundation she has started.
Peach is a very high-energy dog who thrives when both her body and mind are kept busy. She would do
best with an active family that enjoys getting outside while also incorporating enrichment activities. Her
ideal family would be one that might be open to exploring different outlets for her such as scent work,
or other canine sports. Giving Peach appropriate outlets for her energy will help her be the best version
of herself. Like many young, energetic dogs, she can become a little cheeky when she’s bored and has
been known to counter surf or help herself to items that don’t belong to her around the home. With
management, consistency, and plenty of appropriate enrichment, these behaviours are very
manageable.
Peach was career changed due to mild hip dysplasia. At this time, she is not showing any symptoms and
enjoys an active lifestyle. To help support her long-term joint health, her adopter should keep her at a
lean, healthy weight and be proactive with preventative care. This may include feeding a jointsupportive diet, incorporating veterinarian-recommended joint supplements, and providing regular, low-impact daily exercise to help maintain strong muscles and healthy joints. With thoughtful
management, Peach is expected to continue enjoying a happy and active life.
Peach is a bright, affectionate girl with endless potential. In the right home, one that embraces her
enthusiasm for life and enjoys keeping an active dog engaged, she is sure to become a loyal,
entertaining, and deeply rewarding companion.
